Diwali

Diwali celebration was in full swing as the students returned from their October half term. Hardwick House School celebrated the Festival of Light in their PSHCEE lessons by learning the story of Rama and Sita and by following traditions such as making their own Diya lamps. Students also created Rangoli patterns and those who wished were able to have Mendi patterns on their hands. Students embraced Diwali and were able to engage in mature, open discussion surrounding our diverse society.
