Our School

Hardwick House School is an independent specialist provision in Loughborough, Leicestershire. We provide educational provision for children aged 7-17 years old with a diagnosis of autism and who have an Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP).

 Hardwick House School is a unique learning environment suited to the needs of children and young people with autism.  The school is small; there are a maximum of 25 children on roll, and the average class size is 4.

All our support staff are trained to a minimum of Level 2 in autism and Level 3 in their professional qualifications, whilst the teaching staff are trained to a minimum of Level 3 in autism and degree and post graduate level in their professional qualifications.  Hardwick House staff are also supported on site by a therapy team which includes a Speech and Language Therapist, a Counsellor and Behaviour and Intervention Leads.
